Your feedback matters. It helps build a picture of the quality and reliability of disabled access and facilities in the UK, and how accessible individual businesses and services are.

We use your disabled access reviews and work with businesses, to ‘shine a light’ on where they do well, where they need to improve and to better understand what matters to their customers and their employees.
